PAY RATE: $67/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

• Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM) | 9/80 schedule

• Clearance: Not required to start; must have ability to obtain Secret clearance if needed

Summary: 

• Lead execution of NAVAIR RCM and CBM+ tasks

• Perform detailed RCM analysis in accordance with SAE JA1011/JA1012 standards

• Analyze system functions, failure modes, effects, and consequences

• Utilize FMECA and reliability data to develop maintenance strategies

• Prepare clear RCM reports with findings and recommendations

• Recommend preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance actions

• Evaluate maintenance task effectiveness, feasibility, and cost impact

• Support development of maintenance plans and schedules

• Analyze operational, failure, and maintenance data

• Support root cause analysis and failure investigations

Requirements:

• Clearance: Not required to start; must have ability to obtain Secret clearance if needed

• Experience with NAVAIR RCM and CBM+

• Knowledge of NAVAIR policies, DoD requirements, and industry standards

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals (e.g., IPCs, maintenance manuals, technical orders)

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
