We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Product Support Specialist opportunity with our client — a creative design agency known for its innovation, multidisciplinary expertise, and commitment to delivering forward-thinking visual solutions that set new industry standards.

The Product Support Specialist is responsible for providing instructions to real estate agents, enforcing program requirements, sending invoices to closing agents for closing, tracking the status of real estate listings, and following up for receipt of payment.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Communicate program requirements to real estate agents and ensure compliance.
  • Obtain and maintain closing agent contact information.
  • Send invoices to closing agents and customers and confirm receipt.
  • Track the status of real estate listings and transactions.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments after closing or file cancellation.
  • Communicate with agents, customers, providers, and internal teams via phone and email.
  • Maintain a 2-hour turnaround time for communications.
  • Place orders with local title and closing providers.
  • Image documents and update system tasks.
  • Track outstanding items to ensure service level expectations are met.
  • Assist with sending deed packages to customers and closing offices.

Required qualifications for the position include:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • General understanding of the real estate transaction lifecycle preferred.
  • Financial or real estate closing experience is a plus.

Pay Rate Range: $21.40 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
