We are seeking Product Support Specialists with strong expertise in C++ along with proficiency in Javascript (Angular). You will support a data annotation tool, assisting users in resolving technical issues, understanding the product, and debugging code. Strong communication skills are essential as you'll interact directly with users, often troubleshooting their code in real-time.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide technical support for a data annotation tool
Understand user issues, diagnose problems, and provide effective solutions .Read, debug, and triage user-submitted code (C++ + Javascript). Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex issues.Deliver clear and effective communication to users in English
Required Skills-
Proficiency in C++ ..
