Job Title: Production Technician
Location: Elkhart, IN
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.)
Pay: $18.50/hour

We are seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join our team
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and utilize tools to meet production goals.
- Maintain high production standards by following all quality and safety protocols.
- Cross-train in various roles within the Production department to support the team.
- Report equipment malfunctions, process deficiencies, or any unsafe conditions promptly.
- Complete production documentation and ensure products meet customer specifications.
- Perform daily risk assessments at the start of each shift.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing and machine operation experience is a plus.
- Strong basic math skills and ability to read measuring devices (e.g., tape measures).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team while managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Eligibility:
- Must be a U.S. citizen, a permanent resident alien,
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts with potential for overtime as needed.
