2nd Shift Production Worker – Port of Catoosa
HireCall is hiring 2nd Shift Production Workers for a manufacturing facility at the Port of Catoosa!
If you are dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Overtime may be required on Fridays as needed
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and operation of an assigned slitting line station
- Safely maneuver materials throughout the warehouse using an overhead crane or sit-down forklift
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
- Complete basic computer data entry as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead operator
Requirements
- Must be able to read and use a tape measure
- Ability to read and use a micrometer and calipers is preferred, but training is available
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Overhead crane and/or forklift experience preferred, but not required
- Safety-conscious with a strong awareness of surroundings
- Basic computer skills for data entry
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility
- Must be available for overtime on Fridays when needed
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
