Job Description
Join a well-established West-side Cleveland company as a General Laborer. We are seeking reliable candidates who are looking for a long-term career in a manufacturing environment. This role involves working with machine equipment, assembling parts for processing, and ensuring quality production.
Responsibilities:
- Rack and assemble various parts using baskets, racks, and fixtures
- Operate standard machine equipment and remove parts after processing
- Cool parts using air, water, salt, or other baths
- Perform grinding, sanding, and buffing of parts
- Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to read and interpret instructions
- Comfortable using a variety of tools and equipment as needed

The base salary range for this position is $16.00/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
