Production Administrative Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a company in Mickleton, NJ. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations within a fast-paced cold storage and food production environment. This seasonal opportunity is ideal for entry-level candidates or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in operations, logistics, or administrative support.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring production accuracy, tracking high-volume data, and supporting communication between production teams, sales, and customers. Production Administrative Coordinator (Seasonal) – Onsite
Location: Mickleton, NJ
Schedule:
- 4 days/week, 12-hour shifts
- Schedule options: Sunday–Wednesday (half day Wednesday morning), OR Wednesday (half day afternoon), Thursday–Saturday
- Must be available for at least one weekend day
- Flexibility required during peak production season
Assignment Type: Temporary (approximately 19 weeks)
Compensation: $18–20/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track daily work orders to support production schedules
- Ensure production quotas are met; carry over incomplete work as needed
- Cross-check and verify production data (pallet counts, output tags, material usage) within internal systems
- Communicate order updates to internal teams and customers
- Assist with label staging and verification for production runs
- Maintain accurate reporting and production documentation
- Prepare and distribute repack and detailed reports to customers
- Partner closely with production teams on scheduling updates and changes
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA/USDA, and food safety standards
Required Qualifications:
- Entry-level candidates welcome (including recent high school graduates)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
- Comfortable working independently
- Ability to handle repetitive, high-volume administrative tasks
- Highly organized and reliable in a structured environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook required)
- Comfortable working in a cold storage setting daily
