Production Administrator (Cranston, RI)

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Production Coordinator to support daily production, inventory, and administrative operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate information within the company's ERP/MRP system, processing production and inventory transactions, coordinating with shipping and manufacturing personnel, and ensuring production documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:
* Process production and manufacturing tickets within the ERP/MRP system
* Enter and maintain accurate production, inventory, and order data
* Perform inventory adjustments and transaction processing based on production documentation
* Assist with cycle counts and inventory discrepancy resolution
* Coordinate closely with production and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
* Support lot tracking, batch processing, and production scheduling activities
* Process purchase orders and confirm order receipts as needed
* Maintain Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) documentation
* Assist with administrative activities supporting manufacturing operations
* Purchase office supplies and provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:
* 1-2+ years of administrative, data entry, or order processing experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
* Experience with an MRP/ERP system (SAP, NetSuite, Fishbowl, JobBOSS, Epicor, DELMIAworks, VicinityERP, or similar systems)
* Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* High school diploma or equivalent
