We're seeking a detail-oriented Document Scanning & Quality Control Associate to join our overnight shift team in Charlotte, NC. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of processed documents using advanced scanning equipment (Falcon machines). Operate Falcon scanning machines to process and digitize high volumes of physical documents.
Review scanned images for accuracy, completeness, and legibility, ensuring all data is correctly captured.
Identify and flag errors or inconsistencies in scanned materials and reprocess as needed.
Maintain proper documentation and tracking of completed work for quality assurance purposes.
Follow all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to document handling, security, and scanning workflows.
Meet production goals while upholding accuracy and compliance standards.
Work collaboratively with team members and shift leads to ensure smooth overnight operations.
Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a repetitive, task-focused environment.
Experience with document scanning, imaging, data entry, or machine operation is a plus.
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and desire to grow.
Comfortable working in a structured, production-based setting.
