Job Title:Transaction Processor(night shift)

Pay Rate:$17.60/hr W2
Schedule:Sun, Mon, Thurs, Fri | 6:30 PM –4:30AM (40 hrs/week)

Job Summary:
Process lockbox payments by extracting mail, handling checks, and preparing transactions according to client instructions while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract and process lockbox mail and payments accurately.

• Prepare documents for scanning and image capture.

• Meet productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Cross-train across lockbox functions including scanning, mail distribution, and validations.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Note:Candidates must complete abasic computer and MS Office skills test.
