Production and Manufacturing Associate

Grand Specialty is seeking a highly motivated Production & Manufacturing Associate to join our team at our production facility in beautiful Fredericksburg, Texas. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying physically active, take pride in their work, and have a proven record of outstanding attendance. As a member of our production team, you will play an important role in manufacturing our products while helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production environment.In this role, you will assist with the manufacturing of our products, help organize, clean, and maintain the warehouse, pull inventory items needed for production, and ensure all areas of the production facility are kept clean and well maintained. You will work closely with the production team to support daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the company.The ideal candidate is motivated, works quickly and efficiently during production, and is able to read, write, and accurately measure both dry and liquid materials. You should be able to organize and prioritize daily tasks, effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude while working as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
