You will assist the Production Manager in the performance of supply chain and logistics functions such as material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, and distribution. As well as the coordination of integrated processes among internal functions (e.g., operations, engineering, sales, customer support, purchasing, logistics) and outside suppliers.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of workflow across departments based on established sequences and lead times
- Monitor and collaborate with production personnel to ensure the timely movement of materials and the entry of data into the production work order or RMA module.
- Monitor and expedite the flow of goods, resources, and information to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs
- Assist in the development of production schedules to meet shipping deadlines
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of production reports to optimize processes.
- Identify bottlenecks or problem areas and escalate or propose solutions.
- Support compliance with company quality systems and operational procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, productivity, and quality
- Support corrective and preventive action activities.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
