The Opportunity

We've built a structured 6-month apprenticeship that trains you in chimney repair, masonry, and field operations.

• Month 0–6: Learn, execute, and prove yourself
• At 6 months:
• • Earn CSIA Certification (required)
  • Demonstrate job proficiency
  • Step into the Lead Technician track
  • Receive a $3/hour raise
    
    

What You'll Do

• Prepare trucks, tools, and materials daily
• Assist with chimney repairs, installations, and masonry work
• Execute jobs efficiently with your crew
• Follow strict safety and quality standards
• Take ownership of your performance and growth

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED

Pay & Benefits

• $18–$23/hour starting pay
• $3 raise at 6 months based on performance
• 401(k) with 3% match
