Title: Production Artist
Location: Addison, TX, hybrid (Monday-Thursday in office, Friday remote)
Duration: 18 month contract
Compensation: $25-$28/hour

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Production Artist to support a fast-paced marketing and creative team. This role will partner closely with Art Directors and Marketing stakeholders to develop and produce print, digital, social media, and web-based creative assets. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and committed to delivering high-quality work that aligns with established brand standards and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce print, digital, social, and web marketing materials.
  • Prepare production-ready files and ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Manage projects from initial file setup through revisions, approvals, and final production.
  • Develop new marketing collateral and update existing assets to maintain accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Assemble creative assets into presentations, sales materials, and marketing toolkits.
  • Support asset organization and distribution through digital asset management systems.
  • Assist with packaging artwork production and other production-related design tasks.
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize workload and meet project deadlines.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Graphic Design, Advertising Art, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, production design, or related creative roles.
  • Portfolio demonstrating experience with print, digital, and social media creative assets.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
    • Adobe InDesign
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience working in a Macintosh environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
  • Familiarity with workflow management, routing, or project management systems.
  • Experience supporting marketing, creative services, or in-house design teams.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and packaging artwork development.
