The ideal candidate will have experience in print and digital production, and be able to work collaboratively across multiple teams. • An individual who is able to anticipate obstacles and take initiative to communicate and problem-solve before/as they arise.
• Experienced or qualified in a related field, and/or demonstrates strong graphic design skills.
• Continuously expanding knowledge of relevant software, techniques, industry trends, and the customer.
• An open-minded team-player who takes constructive feedback gracefully and works collaboratively toward the bigger picture.
• Excellent at managing time and multitasking while also maintaining excellent attention to detail.

What you will do:

• Work independently and collaboratively with Leadership, Clients, peers, and cross-functional Teams to complete basic design assignments and file prep.
• Review final designs and files to ensure project objectives have been met and all aspects are consistent with Department/Corporate Brand Standards.
• Enter and monitor project information in MARVIN and other Team records.
• Perform basic administrative tasks like tracking statistics and preparing reports as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field required
• Professional design experience helpful
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills required
• Proficient Mac skills
