Experience Required: 6 months 1 year
This position requires candidates to learn and operate an industrial sewing machine. Please confirm that candidates are comfortable with and willing to learn industrial sewing before submitting them.
Production/Assembly experience

The Production Assembler I performs routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations under well-defined instructions and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
Perform routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly of small parts and components according to company instructions and procedures.
Review shop traveler route cards and uncomplicated schematic drawings to confirm the correct sequence of operations.
Position very small parts, such as ceramic boards, crystals, gauges, fine pins, fire wire, solder particles, and epoxy, under a binocular microscope using tweezers or positioning fixtures.
Adjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires to resistors and base parts.
Bond or seal parts and assemblies using epoxy, direct-heating elements, or ovens.
Perform various in-process tests to verify product quality.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
Be available to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and additional hours as required.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education:
High school diploma, secondary certificate, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
Certifications:
Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
Experience:
6 months 1 year of relevant assembly or manufacturing experience.
Good mechanical aptitude.
Ability to operate a variety of hand tools and light machinery.
Basic mathematics skills.
Ability to read and interpret company documents, including safety rules, manufacturing instructions, policies, and procedures.
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail when working with small parts.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve straightforward problems using established procedures.
Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Willingness and ability to learn and operate an industrial sewing machine.
