1st Shift Group A 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Mandatory Overtime
Job Duties:
The position of production worker is responsible for performing repetitive workstation, or line assembly operations to mass-produce sheet metal components, or to assemble those components into a completed product.
This is done by operating machinery and other related duties as required Essential Functions:
Performs assembly-type functions using hand and/or power tools.
Operates press brake to form flat sheets
Operates automatic fastening machines and devices
Operates both stationary and moving overhead cranes
Operates forklift as required at this job
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:• High School Diploma or GED, preferred• Minimum of 1-year general work production/manufacturing experience preferred.• Ability to perform assembly type functions using hand and/or power tools• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings such as: criminal background check and drug screen• Experience operating a forklift• LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to write and read routine reports or job orders. Ability to understand job instructions.• MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, factions and decimals.• REASONING ABILITY: Ability to interpret, understand, and carry out instructions finished in written, oral or schedule form.• ATTENDANCE DEMANDS: Attendance is required Monday through Friday within normal business hours as established by the supervisor. Employee may be required to work overtime including weekends as needed per production demands.
