Responsibilities include following safety protocols, performing routine assembly tasks, operating equipment, testing, inspecting, packaging, and maintaining a clean workspace. Candidates should be team-oriented, results-driven, detail-focused, and physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and standing up to 10 hours. High school diploma or equivalent required; prior assembly experience and basic computer skills are preferred. Emphasis on safety, quality, Lean principles, and continuous improvement.
