Production Assembler

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Production Assemblers to join our team in Akron, Ohio. This position is ideal for candidates with some experience in manufacturing or assembly, seeking steady work and growth opportunities.

Hours
1st Shift: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday

Pay
$16.00/hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete sub-assembly and/or final assembly of products or components
  • Disassemble test-fit products and prepare items for painting
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools for assembly tasks
  • Inspect items and provide feedback to management to improve quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist other departments when needed

Minimum Requirements
  • Previous production or assembly experience in manufacturing or fabrication
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

Nice to Have Skills
  • Previous experience working with custom engineered machinery
  • Knowledge of safety procedures in manufacturing

Preferred Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior assembly experience in a manufacturing environment

Other Requirements
  • Ability to work on-site
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift light to medium-weight materials
