Assembler (Multiple Openings)

Shift Options:

  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (OT available until 1:00 AM)

Training: All new hires complete approximately 4–5 weeks of training on 1st shift.

Pay: $17.50–$19.20/hour

We are hiring for multiple positions, including standard assembly, clean room assembly, and future production openings.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products
  • Read blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation
  • Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and assembly equipment
  • Perform quality inspections and testing
  • Complete production and inspection documentation
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Follow quality, ISO, and safety procedures

Qualifications

Required:

  • Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
  • Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

Preferred:

  • Mechanical, electronics, or medical device assembly experience
  • Precision manufacturing or metal fabrication experience
  • Clean room experience
  • Welding or polishing experience
  • Quality inspection and testing experience
