Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Assemblers for a manufacturing company in Fargo, ND. What You’ll Do as a Production Assembler:- Assemble screen frames using hand tools and pneumatic equipment to meet specifications
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency standards are met
- Maintain steady flow of materials between production stages
- Monitor production processes and report any issues to supervisors
- Keep tools, equipment, and workstations clean and in good working order
- Follow all safety protocols and 5S standards to maintain a safe, organized workspace
What You Need to Bring to the Production Assembler Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
