What You’ll Do:

POSITION SUMMARY
This role is part of the final assembly team responsible for building our liquid cooling systems. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Assembler will play a critical role in assembling cutting-edge cooling technology that is shaping the future of data centers, edge computing, and high-performance computing.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assemble LiquidStack products according to work instructions and drawings, under the direction of the Production Lead.
  • Follow all safety protocols, ergonomic best practices, and quality control procedures to ensure consistent product performance.
  • Adhere to the production schedule, including on-time attendance and participation in overtime as required.
  • Participate in training programs, process improvement initiatives, and team development activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Actively support workplace safety programs, adhering to Occupational Health and Safety regulations and company policies.
  • Represent LiquidStack’s core values and abide by the Code of Business Conduct and Ethical Behavior.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to produce work within quality specifications.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
  • Experience with one or more of the following:
  •    Small-gauge wire
       Control panel wiring
       Mechanical assembly
       Piping installation
       Controls installation, setup, and testing

Ability to prioritize completing tasks while meeting critical deadlines.

Self-motivated, hands-on, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Comfortable working in a multicultural, global team with diverse backgrounds and time zones.

ERGONOMIC & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Standing/Walking – Frequently (up to 8+ hours per shift)
  •  Lifting – Frequently (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Bending, stooping, and reaching – Regularly
  • Use of hand tools and power tools – Frequently
