The primary responsibility of an Assembler is to complete assembly functions identified and specified, as well as position parts and sub-assemblies using templates or reading measurements, with precision and accuracy. The Assembler should also serve as a working team member and individual contributor to the overall team's success.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform routine assembly functions based on written or verbal instructions
Not looking for a line worker, you will be reading schematics and putting pumps together with another team member.
Read and evaluate assembly instructions to assure proper construction of products
Cross trains to learn multiple functions in the production environment
Adhere to company and regulatory agency health and safety standards
Comply with Quality and Environmental Policies applicable to daily work activities
Load and unload equipment and supplies as directed
Clean and organize shop and other areas as required
Adhere to company and regulatory agency health and safety standards
Ensure that The Mersino Way is a guiding document in the day-to-day activities of each and every project that they manage
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Mechanical experience with Power tools is a must!
Ability to use measurement tools and devices

Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Strong time management and organizational skills
