We are currently hiring for a Production Assembler. In this role, you will assemble small components using hand tools in a manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble small parts and components using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and wrenches
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to ensure accurate assembly
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Report any defects, issues, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Adhere to all company safety and operational procedures
Qualifications- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to use basic hand tools with precision
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand, sit, or perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Physical Requirements- Ability to lift up to 25– 40 lbs as needed
- Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Ability to work in a production environment (may include noise and moving machinery)
Schedule- Monday – Thursday 7: 00AM EST to 5: 30PM EST
- Overtime may be available or required based on production needs
