Job Description

Join our team in a dynamic role as a production assembler. You will engage in essential production tasks that involve loading materials into machines, monitoring machine operations, inspecting products, and packaging finished goods. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Load material into machines
• Monitor machine operations
• Visually inspect products coming off machines
• Package and palletize finished products
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Essential Skills

• 3 years of machine operating experience
• Good hand/eye coordination for working with small parts
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 30-50 pounds
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly
• Experience with blueprint reading, packaging, and production line operations

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Open to candidates with any type of previous experience
• Ability to adapt to repetitive work involving very small parts
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Shift Hours and Pay

1st: 6:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Thursday ($18.60)

2nd: 4:00pm-2:00am, Monday-Thursday ($18.60+$1.50 premium = $20.10

Weekend: 6:00am-6:00pm Friday-Sunday ($22.50 including the premium)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Janesville, WI.

The pay range for this position is $22.42 - $22.42/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
