In addition, Applied Energy Systems is ISO certified providing precision welding services to the medical device industry.Position Overview:The Panel Assembler will support our Production Department by assembling gas delivery systems and components. In addition to being able to read and understand blueprints and job travelers, the applicant must also have experience with mechanical assembly, measuring, hand tools, and have good manual dexterity.Responsibilities Include:Read project drawings, specifications, work orders, and proceduresPosition, align, and adjust components for proper fit & functionSafely operate common manufacturing tools and equipmentPerform standard manual hand assembly proceduresComplete production paperwork and recordkeepingWilling to work overtime as requiredEffectively interface with team members for component and equipment resourcesEssential Skills:Quality/detail oriented with the ability to achieve repeatable resultsExcellent hand-eye coordination with the ability to work with and handle small instruments and componentsStrong appreciation for time management, priorities, and deadlinesRequirements:Must have good vision and dexterityMust be able to stand, bend, twist, and sit throughout the day for extended periods of timeBe able to follow protocols and direction thoroughly and repetitivelyHigh School degree preferred1-2 years' experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with the operation of common manufacturing tools and equipmentAbility to lift 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodationApplied Energy Systems is an equal opportunity/ affirmative action employer.Applied Energy Systems Inc is an EEO employer - M/F/Vets/Disabled
