Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, with overtime as needed

What You'll Do
As a Production Assembler I, you will:
- Assemble basic door, window, and framing components according to production specifications.
- Assist with glass installation, glazing, frame assembly, and panel preparation.
- Safely operate hand tools and basic production equipment, including drills, saws, and pneumatic tools.
- Follow established quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Stage materials and support production workflow to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Inspect parts for quality and report defects or concerns to senior assemblers or production leads.
- Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required—we're willing to train motivated individuals.
Work Environment
- Manufacturing facility with exposure to machinery, hand tools, and moderate noise levels.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required and provided as applicable.
- Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive hand movements are required throughout the shift.
