Production Assembler

The Assembler is responsible for performing repetitive assembly tasks on a paced production line to build automatic transmission components. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow established processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Count and place small parts onto a moving conveyor line at a consistent pace.

• Arrange components in the correct order or pattern according to production specifications.

• Operate light industrial equipment when needed (training provided).

• Follow written and verbal work instructions accurately.

• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.

• Assist with additional production or assembly tasks as assigned.

• Basic math skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• 1–2 years of experience in hand assembly or working on a paced assembly line (preferred).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain consistent productivity.

• Ability to stand or sit at a workstation for up to 3 hours at a time.

• Regular use of hands and arms to handle, position, and assemble small components.

• Ability to perform physical activities including lifting, walking, balancing, stooping, and handling materials.

• Fine motor skills and precise finger movements to manipulate very small parts.

• Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs without assistance on a regular basis.
