Job Brief
The Production Assembler will be assembling advanced electro-mechanical components and ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble complex electro-mechanical components, including intricate wiring and soldering.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and bills of materials.
- Perform functional tests and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct job setups using tools, jigs, and testing equipment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and maintain efficiency.
- Lift up to 60 lbs. occasionally in a dynamic manufacturing environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in electro-mechanical assembly and soldering (through-hole and surface mount).
- Strong understanding of schematics and technical drawings.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the role.
Desired Experience: Familiarity with testing, repair, and manufacturing procedures
