Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble circuit boards, components, and subassemblies with precision and attention to detail.

• Conduct thorough in-process and final inspections to uphold product quality standards.

• Operate various production and inspection tools and equipment efficiently.

• Accurately record production data and quality metrics within manufacturing systems.

• Handle, identify, label, and manage materials and assemblies throughout the production process.

• Monitor and replenish inventory to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.

• Follow company policies and safety procedures diligently.

• Support team efforts by performing additional duties as needed to meet production goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or inspection.

• Ability to accurately interpret work instructions, drawings, and procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with math.

• Comfortable using hand tools, barcode scanners, and inspection equipment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks, handling small components, and standing for extended periods.

Pay Details: $16.34 to $21.00 per hour
