Production Assembler
Pay Rate: $20 - $21/hr paid weekly
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Location: San Antonio, TX 78233
Overview
Assemble products according to engineering specifications, blueprints, and work instructions while meeting quality and production standards. This role requires experience using hand and power tools, performing quality inspections, and working in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, routing documents, and work instructions.
- Assemble products using hand and power tools, including screwdrivers and drill guns.
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Identify and report product defects or quality concerns.
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Complete basic production and quality documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-3 years of manufacturing or production assembly experience required.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly work.
- Thermoforming experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
