    The Production Assembler plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, working within a small team under supervision as part of a larger production line. This position involves assembling components, conducting quality inspections, operating equipment, and handling inventory while maintaining strict safety standards. The role offers opportunities for growth through advancement within production and cross-training in other departments, with shifts including nights and occasional overtime during peak periods.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Assemble components accurately according to specifications
    • Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards
    • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
    • Handle inventory to maintain adequate supply levels
    • Adhere to safety compliance regulations and guidelines
    • Document production activities and inspections
    • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 1+ years of experience in production assembly
