Danlee Medical Products, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our team in Syracuse, NY. Responsibilities:

• Assemble medical products and components according to established production specifications and quality standards
• Inspect finished assemblies for defects, accuracy, and compliance with product requirements
• Operate and maintain production tools, fixtures, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Meet daily production quotas while maintaining high quality output
• Document production activity and report any defects, discrepancies, or equipment issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with workplace safety standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a production environment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and consistently
• Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive hand and wrist motions for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environment is a bonus
