Job Summary

We're hiring a Production Assembler I to join an electronics manufacturing team. This role involves assembling electronic and mechanical components, preparing wire and cable assemblies, performing soldering and crimping tasks, and inspecting finished products for quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components
• Cut, strip, label, and crimp wires and cables
• Perform basic soldering and wire harness assembly
• Use hand and power tools
• Inspect, package, and label finished products
• Follow work instructions and safety standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of electronics assembly and/or soldering experience preferred
• Experience with wire harness, cable assembly, or crimping is a plus
• Ability to read assembly instructions and blueprints
