Production Assembler
Pay Rate: $25.46/hr-paid weekly 
Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:30AM-5:00PM (subject to change based on production line hours and OT may be mandated Friday and Saturdays as needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate pre-set equipment to complete basic, repetitive production tasks
• Assemble parts by placing components in specified relationships to ensure proper fit, function, and cosmetic quality
• Perform simple equipment adjustments as needed
• Align components, tighten fasteners, perform general servicing, and use gauges for quality checks
• Utilize a variety of hand and basic production tools
• Inspect and evaluate parts, components, and assemblies throughout the production process
• Identify and report defects during all phases of manufacturing

Work Environment & Requirements

• Drug and Background screening
• Physical test
• High School Diploma/GED or one-year work experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods. Lift, reach, and pull
• Work with hand tools
• Comfortable working in a high-speed manufacturing environment
• Ability to meet productivity and quality standards
• Reliable transportation
• Steel toes
