Production Assembly Associate

Location: San Marcos, CA 92078

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2nd Shift

Shift Options: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Pay: $18.38 per hour, with potential overtime

Job Description

We are hiring Production Assembly Associates to support hands-on assembly and production work in San Marcos, CA. This role involves assembling products or components, checking finished work for quality, and helping maintain an efficient production flow.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, parts, or components according to instructions
• Perform repetitive production and assembly tasks
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality
• Package or prepare completed items as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow production, safety, and quality procedures

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday on 2nd shift
• Must pass a drug test and background check
