Production Assembly Associate
Location: San Marcos, CA 92078
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2nd Shift
Shift Options: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Pay: $18.38 per hour, with potential overtime
Job Description
We are hiring Production Assembly Associates to support hands-on assembly and production work in San Marcos, CA.
This role involves assembling products or components, checking finished work for quality, and helping maintain
an efficient production flow.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products, parts, or components according to instructions
- Perform repetitive production and assembly tasks
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality
- Package or prepare completed items as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow production, safety, and quality procedures
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday on 2nd shift
- Must pass a drug test and background check
