Production & Assembly | $15 $20/hour | Hastings, NE | Full-Time
We re hiring for multiple Production & Assembly roles in Hastings, NE! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Positions may include final assembly, fabrication, painting, crating and other production support duties depending on experience and skill set.
Schedule:
Monday Friday | 7: 00 AM 3: 30 PM
Pay:
$15.00 $20.00/hour depending on position and experience (with opportunity for quick pay increases based on performance)
What You ll Do:
Perform final assembly, fabrication, painting or production support tasks
Assist with building, assembling and preparing equipment for shipment
Use hand and power tools as needed in daily production work
Operate spray guns for painting (automotive or industrial experience helpful but not required)
Build skids and crates for equipment packaging and shipping
Assist with shipping/receiving and material handling tasks
Perform welding, grinding, and other fabrication duties when applicable
Follow blueprints, work instructions and production specifications
Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
What You Bring:
Strong attendance and reliability are required
Willingness to learn and be trained
Mechanical, construction or maintenance experience is a plus
Welding and grinding experience preferred for some roles
Ability to read and understand blueprints is helpful
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Frequent lifting up to 50+ pounds
Hands-on, physical production environment
