Are you experienced in manufacturing and comfortable working with injection molding equipment? We’re seeking a dependable PM Primary Machine Operator to support production in a fast-paced, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
This position requires working in environments with strong electromagnetic or magnetic fields that may pose safety risks for individuals with certain implanted medical devices. Candidates must be able to safely perform all essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate injection molding machines according to work instructions and production requirements
- Monitor machine performance, identify defects or malfunctions, and notify leadership of any issues
- Inspect parts for visual and dimensional quality using measuring tools and control plan guidelines
- Load and maintain feedstock materials, ensuring proper levels and correct material usage
- Perform basic machine care such as cleaning molds, rejecting nonconforming first shots, and maintaining organized work areas
- Accurately record production data, track quantities, and support smooth production changeovers
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience required
- Ability to stand and work for up to 12 hours
- Ability to read work instructions and follow standard operating procedures
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test
Schedule:
- Week 1: Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun
- Week 2: Mon, Thu, Fri
- 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
