Your Tasks:
• Places parts in specified relationship to each other • General Assembly • Production • Operations as per work station specific • Work Instructions • Places parts in specified relationship to each other • Clips screws or otherwise fastens parts together • Works at different work stations to insure knowledge is obtained on all stations • Assembly parts by using basic hand tools screw guns • Follows Brose Quality Policy • Compliance with Brose safety processes and procedures • Considers all valid Procedures • Job Instructions and Organizational Instructions • Adheres to all safety regulations and implements all necessary measures for work health and environmental protection within the range of responsibility • Escalates safety quality machine and assembly issues to team leader and/or supervisor
Your Profile:
Experience as an assembly operator in a production department of a series production company in the automotive industry
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time and consistently lift 15-20 pounds • Must be able to work in a continuous noise-producing environment • Must be able to withstand higher temperatures on production floor
Communication:
• Must have the basic ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing
Specialized knowledge and skills:
• Experience in working with highly automated production equipment • Experience in KANBAN SPC TPM KAIZEN Poka Yoke continuous improvement • Team work mentality
Ensure compliance of quality and environmental systems to all required standards including customer specific requirements
