Do you enjoy turning clear instructions into flawless assemblies? As a Production Assembly Specialist, you’ll combine careful reading of documentation with hands-on craftsmanship to produce high-quality products our customers rely on.

Can you read and interpret packing lists, assembly drawings, parts lists, and work instructions?
Do you assemble parts to exact specifications and documented procedures?
Can you verify fit, alignment, and fastening of parts and subassemblies before moving to the next step?
Are you comfortable performing visual inspections to validate quality and accuracy?
Will you promptly report quality, process, equipment, or material issues to the Team Leader?
Do you enjoy helping teammates learn—assisting with training when needed?
Can you maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area?
Will you follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations every time?
Are you flexible to take on other tasks assigned by the Team Leader, Production Supervisor, or Manager?
Qualifications That Help You Succeed
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to understand assembly drawings, work instructions, and packing lists.
Sharp attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
Effective communicator and strong team player.
Self-starter who can perform in a fast-paced production environment.
Physical Requirements
Manual dexterity and good vision to perform assembly and inspection work accurately.
Lift and move materials up to 60 pounds.
Stand for long periods throughout the workday.
Comfort with repetitive hand and arm movements.
