• Transform components into complete products by following blueprints, specifications, and step-by-step instructions.
• Carry out in-process and final inspections to confirm conformance to quality standards.
• Confidently handle a variety of hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery with a safety-first mindset.
• Collaborate with teammates to refine processes, remove waste, and boost efficiency.
• Keep your station clean and structured to maintain safety and productivity.
• Capture build details, maintain accurate production records, and raise issues quickly to supervisors.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to expand your assembly skills.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training welcomed.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing assembly.
