- Carry out in-process and final inspections to confirm conformance to quality standards.
- Confidently handle a variety of hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery with a safety-first mindset.
- Collaborate with teammates to refine processes, remove waste, and boost efficiency.
- Keep your station clean and structured to maintain safety and productivity.
- Capture build details, maintain accurate production records, and raise issues quickly to supervisors.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to expand your assembly skills.
What you'll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training welcomed.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing assembly.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the discipline to follow instructions exactly.
