What you’ll work on

  • Build lighting fixtures and accessories from start to finish with accuracy and speed.
  • Follow work orders, assembly instructions, and schematics/technical drawings.
  • Perform core processes: compressed air riveting, silicone application, threading/twisting parts, cleaning, and bagging finished assemblies.
  • Pitch in on finishing tasks as needed: spray painting, sand blasting, and polishing.
  • Solder electronics where specified.
  • Meet production demand while preventing rework and quality returns.
  • Comply with safety practices tailored to your work area.
  • Keep your station and assigned tools clean daily and weekly.
  • Cross-train and rotate to other production areas based on workload.

What you’ll need

  • Manufacturing/production experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read and execute from work orders, assembly instructions, and basic technical drawings.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Soldering experience is a plus.

  • Assembly speed and output aligned to daily targets.
  • Consistent, defect-free builds that avoid rework and returns.
  • Safe work habits and a tidy, well-maintained station.

Physical requirements

  • Sit and/or stand at a workstation for an 8-hour shift with breaks.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, and twisting.
  • Perform repetitive tasks for 2–4 hours at a time.
  • Manual dexterity and constant use of hands for assembly with manual and power tools.
