We are currently seeking a skilled Production Assembly Technician to assemble, install, troubleshoot, and service advanced automation and additive manufacturing equipment. If you enjoy hands-on work with electrical and mechanical systems in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related field OR equivalent manufacturing/electro-mechanical experience.
- Experience with electrical wiring, machine assembly, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of robotics, servo systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, or CNC controls preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Forklift or electrical certifications are a plus.
- Ability to travel 30%+.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and wire custom automation equipment and production systems from mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Install and wire electrical panels, motors, sensors, pneumatic devices, and other machine components.
- Route, terminate, and test electrical wiring to company and industry standards.
- Install and connect pneumatic and hydraulic components.
- Support machine startup, debugging, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Collaborate with engineering to implement design improvements and continuous process enhancements.
- Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and service documentation.
- Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of additive manufacturing equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and complete onsite repairs.
- Manage service inventory and maintain required parts and supplies.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company quality standards.
