Schedule:Monday Friday, 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
No weekends steady, full-time hours

We re hiring motivated Production Associates/Machine Operators for our 2nd shift team. You ll help keep production running smoothly by operating equipment, performing quality checks, packaging products, and keeping your work area organized.
Assist with daily production tasks including inspection, packaging, and material handling
Operate machinery safely and follow all established procedures
Wrap, stack, label, and prepare products for shipment
Use pallet jacks and side-wrappers to move product
Keep your work area clean and organized
Operate recycling equipment (pre-breakers, re-grinders) for EPS materials
Follow all safety and quality guidelines
Maintain reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Take on other duties as needed
High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not requiredwe will train
Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions
Basic math skills and ability to use simple measuring tools
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and reach throughout the shift
Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Comfortable working around machines and changing temperatures
