This is a vital role responsible for ensuring our high-quality kits are built correctly and our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.What You'll Do:Precision Production: Assemble and package model rocket kits, following specific work instructions to ensure every part is included.Efficient Shipping: Prepare and package daily customer orders for shipment, maintaining a high pace without sacrificing accuracy.Inventory Management: Assist with receiving new stock, labeling items, and keeping our warehouse organized and "pick-ready."Team Support: Provide clear signals to the purchasing team when supplies are low and help maintain a safe, clean, and professional workspace.Who You Are:Detail-Focused: You notice the small things and take pride in "doing it right the first time."Process-Driven: You enjoy following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and finding ways to work more efficiently.Reliable: You show up ready to work and can be counted on by your teammates.Tech-Comfortable: You have basic computer skills and are willing to learn Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs) and our internal systems.Position Details:Type: Full-time, Hourly (40 hours/week)Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)Location: On-site in Colorado Springs, COReports To: Production ManagerQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to work in a physically active warehouse environment (standing, lifting, moving).Reliable transportation.Basic math and computer skills.Why Join Apogee?
