Production/Assembly Assistant Job Description

Ticket is looking for responsible, hard-working individuals as production/assembly assistants with the following (not all-inclusive) responsibilities:

- assist production leads with running and preparation of production runs

- assist packaging leads with post production processes to prepare product for shipping

- cleaning of workspace daily which includes dishes, tables, equipment, floors, etc.

- aid lead in performing quality checks on finished product

- work with others well with a common goal

- work in a kitchen environment where healthy living and hygiene are important

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

- full-time

- high work ethic- motivated and responsible

- ability to do repetitive work with your hands

- ability to stand for long hours

- ability to work with precision, efficiency and attention to detail

- ability to listen to constructive feedback and improve

- team player

- ability to work well alongside others or independently

- ability to follow instructions

- able to assist in different departments: labeling, packaging, production and shipping

- willing to be trained and learn different areas of production

- basic math skills

- punctual and reliable

- maintain safe, clean and organized work area

- may need to lift up to 60 lbs.

- moving pallets with pallet jack

- starting at $17 an hour with growth potential
