3rd shift Production Assistant in Ayer.  Sunday through Thursday 10:50pm to 7:30am.  Join a growing company with excellent benefits upon hire.

Duties include opening and closing orders in the ERP system, verifying orders are correct, and correcting any discrepancies.  Print and distribute production schedules for manufacturing, perform cycle counts of labels, caps, cartons, etc.  Assist with analysis studies and OEE improvements, under the direction of shift supervisor.  Fill in for line workers dues to absences or vacation schedule, and assist with training of new operators.

Good mechanical trouble shooting skills are a must.  Basic computer skills and experience with ERP systems is required.  Knowledge of HACCP and GMP'S in a food manufacturing environment is a plus.  Must be able to lift up to 60lbs and stand for long periods of time.
