Job Title: Production Assistant

12 months Contract
Pay Range :- 35.00/hr- 36.86/hr.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Onsite Mon–Thurs, Remote Fri)
Shift Timing: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

The Production Assistant is an essential member of the team, supporting the production and creative process from concept through delivery. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about sports, storytelling, and creative production, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Production Support

• Assist producers and associate producers across pre-production, on-set, and post-production activities
• Research sports storylines, trends, and cultural insights to support creative development
• Source footage, music, talent, and other production assets
• Coordinate logistics including shoot schedules, travel arrangements, and equipment

Editorial & Administrative Support

• Log footage and maintain organized project files
• Assist with rights management and content clearances
• Support digital and social media content distribution
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for the production team

Learning & Development

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
• Learn internal production workflows, tools, and brand standards
• Seek mentorship and skill development opportunities

Qualifications

Required

• 1–2 years of experience in production, marketing, or a related field
• Strong passion for sports and storytelling
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a production environment

Preferred

• Familiarity with production tools and workflows
