Production Assistant

We are looking for a PRODUCTION ASSISTANT to join our Hannibal, MO plant. As a Production Assistant with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will be responsible for upholding all safety, environmental, and workplace standards while supporting safe, compliant, and sustainable plant operations.

About the Role 

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and operate mobile equipment; perform general labor using basic hand tools.
• Monitor, adjust, and support plant equipment and processes.
• Maintain accurate logs, communicate operational issues, and support environmental compliance.
• Respond to alarms, equipment issues, and emergencies.

About You

We Require:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 1–year of industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing experience.
• Good organizational and math skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
