Essential Responsibilities:Weighs, bags, grinds, labels, and packs packages coffee. Assist in the roasting preparation and production.Lifting of green, feeding beans into the hopper, oversight of the roaster profiles and schedule. Performs routine cleaning and maintenance of all coffee roastery & production equipmentOther Responsibilities:Participates in daily cupping to ensure quality output.Other duties as assigned by management.Assists in the shipping of goods as neededCommunicates inventory levels to the manager.Position Requirements: Skills:Must be able to lift 50 lbs.Able to stand for 6 to 8 hours a day.Able to work in a warm/hot environment.Thoroughness, high productivity standards, and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment Education:High School Diploma, G.E.D. or 1- 2 years equivalent applicable work experience Experience:No prior experience necessary other than the strong desire to work.
